Ready to make a difference?

Here are three ways to get started:

1. Raise awareness about sexual assault!

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month! Click here to learn more and to get involved.

2. Share your experience of gun-involved domestic violence with the National Domestic Violence Hotline!

The National Domestic Violence Hotline is conducting an anonymous survey to understand how guns are used in domestic violence as a tool of power and control. If you have ever experienced gun threats (including implicit or explicit threats) or gun violence by an intimate partner and are willing to share your story, click here to fill out their survey.

3. Urge your members of Congress to cosponsor the PTO Act!

The United States is the only developed nation in the world that does not guarantee paid time off to all workers. Almost a quarter of working Americans have no paid vacation time at all, and women, people of color, and low-income workers are less likely than men, white people, and higher-paid workers to have access to paid time off. Click here to email your members of Congress to urge them to cosponsor the Protected Time Off (PTO) Act, which guarantees all full-time employees a minimum of two weeks annual vacation time.
